Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy. 

Receipt needed for returns. Online orders can be returned in store or shipped back.

If the return is for a defective item or due to our error, please request a return label and one will be sent to you via email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Your item must be unopened or in unused condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. No returns on sale items, cut fabrics or patterns & books.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on books, patterns, cut fabrics and fiberfill. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Items without a receipt can be exchanged for store credit only.
