Embroidered Eyelet Cotton with Lace Sashing

This is the most amazing fabric, soft cotton squares on point set off with eyelets & embroidered squares in a variety of patterns. The plain cotton is so soft and it all has such a fantastic drape. This would make the cutest cafe curtains but I'm gonna be real upset if no one makes a charming summer skirt with this.
